The Norman North Timberwolves are coming off a disappointing season where the team missed the playoffs under Lance Manning. However, North does return its starting quarterback and a very good defense.

Brad Valentino will call the signals and joined in the backfield by as many as three running backs. Ray Demby and Bryan Payne are the two returning players and they will be joined by Millwood move-in Emilio Gatewood. Gatewood rushed for 1,800 yards and 25 touchdowns for the Falcons last season.

The Timberwolves will rely on its defense to carry the load this season and give its offense a chance. Daniel Davis plays defensive end and can be a guy that dominates the field. Last season he finished with six sacks to go along with 76 tackles. The linebackers were very good last season and this year Daniel Moses with carry that load.

Moses was part of a great linebacking corp last season and this year will be the stopper in the middle. He finished with 69 takcles last season to go along with two sacks. He will be joined by Zac Pierce as the two of them will have a tough time replacing Nick Canavan and Ian Johnson.

North will play in a very competitive district with Midwest City, Edmond Memorial, PC North and Yukon.
