The Oklahoma City Thunder finished off a three game road trip in Indiana today and it didn't finish well for Kevin Durant and crew. The Pacers jumped out of the gate in a hurry and never looked back Sunday afternoon.
The Pacers outscored the Thunder 32-25 in the first quarter and extended it to an 11 point lead at intermission. The Thunder would not get any closer as all five Pacer starters scored in double figures in the 121-101 route.
Only two Thunder starters scored in double figures with Jeff Green being the top scorer with 20 points on the night. Kevin Durant only put in 16 points on his worst shooting output in awhile going 4-16 from the field. Russell Westbrook, whose been really good recently, did not score a point in the loss and dished out just five assists.
Off the bench, both Serge Ibaka and Eric Maynor recorded double doubles in Sunday's loss. The backup point guard logged 33 minutes scoring 16 points and 11 assists. Serge Ibaka scored 10 points on the night and pulled down 12 rebounds in his 20 minutes of play.
The Thunder now start a four game home stand that will not be easy. It starts with the San Antonio Spurs on Monday followed by games with Houston, the Lakers and Portland.
