Yard Dawgz 1-3
The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz lost to the Austin Wranglers 57-27 at home on Sunday. The whole KSBI-TV game day crew was on hand to broadcast the event live. Head coach Gary Reasons says mental mistakes in the secondary are what caused the Dawgz' loss. We'll hear from Coach Reasons tomorrow about his thoughts on the Yard Dawgz 1-3 record.
NBA Playoffs
New Orleans took a commanding 3-1 lead in their series with a 97-84 thrashing of the Mavericks. It was the Hornets' first win in Dallas since 1998. David West led the way with 24 points. Meanwhile, Jason Kidd was ejected in the 4the quarter for a hard foul on Jannero Pargo. New Orleans can close out the series with a win in game five at home Tuesday.
Sooners Fair Well in Draft
The NFL draft taking place this weekend, and some Oklahoma stars were picked to go to the big leagues. From OU Reggie Smith, Curtis Lofton, Malcolm Kelly, and Allen Patrick all were picked by NFL teams. It was the first time since 2001 that OSU did not have any players drafted.
