Ducks Out of NHL Playoffs

The Stars eliminated the defending champion Ducks with a 4-1 win in game six. Stephane Robidas scored the tying goal and assisted on the go-ahead score. Anaheim is the fifth straight Stanley Cup Champion to be ousted in the first round of the playoffs in the year of their title defense.

Manning Married

It's a big year for New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning. First, the super bowl championship, now he's tied the knot with his college sweetheart. The two married Saturday on Mexico's Baja Peninsula. The 27-year-old quarterback and his new wife, 24-year-old Abby McGrew, met while students at the University of Mississippi. Manning has been with the Giants since 2004 and was this year's Super Bowl MVP.

Play of the Day

Three laps to go and Patrick goes high and takes the lead. The first time she has lead in the race. Last lap, and vindication for Patrick as she conserved fuel. She was able to stay out when everyone else pitted for fuel. Patrick takes the checkered flag to win in Japan and comes away with our play of the day.
