Police Turn Fatal Bicycles Accident Case Over to Homicide Unit

Police are taking a second look at what appeared to be a hit and run accident. Investigators now believe someone may have intentionally hit Alan Spencer while he was riding his bike earlier this month. The 56-year-old's body was found in a ditch on North Midwest Boulevard nearly two weeks ago. Now police are saying there is more to the fatal bicycle accident than just a traffic accident.
