A woman has been arrested after police busted a puppy mill in Harrah.
Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies discovered a number of dogs, living in unacceptable conditions. Police say their water was dirty and weeds were covering the area where the puppies were living.
Tina Rannals was arrested Tuesday, July 27. She is facing several animal cruelty charges.
Officials say the animals were cleaned and fed, and they will be up for adoption soon.
