An attorney, who normally defends clients found himself facing a judge.
Oklahoma City attorney Bill Cathey is facing one count of embezzlement. He is accused of taking $100,000 from one of his clients, after he won a settlement from State Farm Insurance.
Cathey was in Judge Fred Doak's courtroom on Thursday. According to the affidavit, he confessed to the crime in a letter to the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Cathey will be back in court in October.
