An El Reno man, accused of strangling to death his girlfriend and her four children, has new attorneys who will represent him in court.
The two new attorneys who will represent Joshua Durcho, John Echols and Wayne Woodyard, are both public defenders through the Tulsa capital trial division.
The previous attorneys, who were with the Norman division, withdrew from the case August 6th. District Judge Gary Miller, who granted the attorneys' request, ruled a conflict of interest had developed between the attorneys and Durcho.
Durcho's trial was set to begin September 13th in Canadian County District Court but has been postponed. New trial date hasn't been set.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Durcho.
