An Oklahoma City birthday party didn't go as well as planned.
Police say 33-year-old Gina Hinkle and her 9-year-old daughter showed up uninvited at a party Saturday and the daughter allegedly hit the birthday girl in the face.
According to police, the girls were arguing when Hinkle told her daughter to stand for herself. That's when the daughter punched the other girl.
Hinkle was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. She is facing charges of burglary, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and trespassing. Her daughter was also arrested on a complaint of assault and battery.
