FAIRVIEW, Okla. (AP) - A 20-year-old Fairview man has pleaded no contest to a rape charge in an assault on his then-9-year-old sister and blamed the girl for his actions.
Ashton Tyler entered the plea Wednesday in Major County District Court and was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to complete a treatment program for sex offenders.
Tyler was 15 at the time of the assault.
In a report given to the court - Tyler told investigators he was sexually naive and the girl made sexual advances toward him.
