Oklahoma City Police say the final two victims in a deadly house fire have been identified. The medical examiner has ruled that both Jennifer Ermey and Casey Barrientos died from gunshot wounds.
There were several items seized from the home. Officers say they found casings from two firearms and nearly seven grams of marijuana.
Police also arrested a suspect in the case Tuesday morning.
David Allen Tyner turned himself in to the Mayes County Sheriff's Office. The Metro Fugitive Task Force and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office had been trying to locate him since Monday. The 28-year-old is wanted for six counts of Murder in the First Degree.
Four adults and two unborn children were killed on Monday November 9th. Their bodies were found in a burned home in southwest Oklahoma City. The medical examiner has ruled all four victims died from gunshot wounds. Two are said to have been pregnant. One of them, 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, was a star on the HBO show 'Cathouse.'
"We know that Mr. Tyner knew at least one of them. I don't know the nature of the relationship but I know he did know at least one of the people that ended up being a victim of this homicide," said Msgt. Gary Knight with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
An affidavit states that all 4 victims had sustained fatal gunshot wounds before the fire was intentionally set in Southwest Oklahoma City. A witness said there was an argument when the shooting occurred.
"There's more than Mr. Tyner involved in this case, but we haven't identified a 2nd suspect or a 3rd nor do we know what the motive is in the killings," Msgt. Knight explained.
