Pickens to Speak at OSU

Pickens' Plan is nearing it's end, at least in the university setting.

T. Boone Pickens has scheduled a one of his last meetings for Thursday at OSU's Gallagher- Iba Arena.

Pickens says he hopes to fill the arena, which seats over 13,000.

His campaign started in July 2008 with it's mission being energy independence.

It calls for the development of renewable energy sources to help wean the U.S. from it's dependency on foreign oil.
