Oklahoma City -- The grand opening of a business that's said to be the first of its kind in the country also marks the opening of a new business park.
105 Degrees welcomed its first round of students Tuesday.
The culinary school, located in north Oklahoma City, is the first state licensed raw culinary academy. The school teaches students to focus on fresh, natural ingredients.
105 Degrees is the first business to open in the Classen Curve Retail Development. Dara Prentice, Director of Business for 105 Degrees, says they're honored to be the first.
"It gives us an opportunity to introduce ourselves to the community, not only because we're a new business, but because we're also opening up this beautiful development," says Prentice.
105 Degrees also has a cafe that opens on Saturday.
