It's meant to show the true power of one of Oklahoma's natural resources. Today, we got a look at it.
Chesapeake Energy unveiled it's very own custom-made motorcycle. The company paired with the cast of the hit TV show "American Chopper" to create it.
But it's not just any motorcycle - it's said to be the first compressed natural gas motorcycle of its kind.
The bike was created to celebrate Chesapeake's 20th anniversary, and to show people natural gas is an answer.
"It is such a critical time for our energy future," said Taylor Shinn, Chesapeake's Manager of Corporate Development. "Decisions are being made, and people need to consider what is at stake with what energy we use. We have something right here in the U.S. It's natural gas; it's clean, affordable, abundant and most importantly, it's American."
The show was recorded in May, and airs on the 25th. Don't forget, you can catch episodes of American Chopper on KSBI-TV on Saturdays at 9 p.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m.
