Gary J. James, the lawyer for OHP trooper Daniel Martin said Friday he will hold a press conference about the scuffle between his client and a paramedic.
Video from Trooper Daniel Martin's dashboard camera shows he and a Creek Nation EMS in what appears to be a physical confrontation. Witnesses say the trooper was upset that the ambulance didn't move out of the way so the trooper could pass.
Martin is on administrative leave with pay.
