An Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper will not face charges for his role in an altercation with a paramedic. The fight happened while the ambulance was on the way to the hospital with a patient. The patient's son caught the incident on camera. According to the OHP report, the troopers pulled over the Creek Nation ambulance after they thought the EMT had given them an inappropriate gesture. On Friday, the Creek County District Attorney ruled no one will face charges in the case saying he hopes next time there will be better communication.
