Obama or McCain? No matter which one you are voting for you've probably received a text message, an email or maybe even a message on facebook telling you to get out and vote.
"The mass communication, it's changed, it's just unbelievable. All the blogs and the emails, it's just mind boggling," said Dr. Ivan Holmes, Oklahoma Democratic Party Chair.
This new technology has enabled these candidates to get their messages to almost anyone anywhere.
"It's made our jobs so much easier in some ways because we can reach larger amount of people in a shorter amount of time," said Pam Pollard, Oklahoma Co. Republican Party Chair.
Pollard says the republican party will always try to greet their supporters face to face because they think that's where they are most effective. Even today volunteers are still making that last minute push.
"We are still sending out text messages today, we are still sending various messages. Its just an open way we can all use to get it out quickly," said Pollard.
Dr. Holmes has big hopes for his democratic party, but he thinks voters already have their minds made up. So he's not concentrating on the undecided voters.
"I don't think there's one percent of people that are undecided they know who they are going to vote for," said Dr. Holmes.
Dr. Holmes is particularly interested in the younger voters this election because he says their excitement is reminiscent of the Kennedy days.
"They're just fired up and having rallies and doing all this on their own. I'm going to be interested to see what percentage of young people from 18-35 vote in Oklahoma this time," said Holmes.
Pollard says with such a close race their campaigning methods may decide who wins or loses.
"I think it will make a big difference , it may make the difference," said Pollard.
