Oklahoma City police were called out to Remington Park Saturday night. They ended up arresting 62-year-old Dan Murdock on complaints of sexual battery.
Sergeant Paco Balderrama is with the Oklahoma City Police Department. He says, "She did have some physical markings that were indicative of the assault itself and also consistent with the story she gave officers."
According to the crime report, the victim claims Murdock pulled down her top and bit her. The report also states that Murdock grabbed her by the hair and bit her on the back on the neck. The officers observed some red markings approximately two to three inches long.
"We did take pictures of some of her injuries," says Sergeant Balderrama.
As for Murdock's side of the story, he told police quote - "I can't believe this" and asked officers to call his wife.
Balderrama says, "From what I understand, he was cooperative and he did follow the officers directions when he was arrested."
John Williams is the Executive Director for the Oklahoma Bar Association. He issued this statement: "Dan Murdock is a long-term valuable employee. This is a confidential personnel matter. At this time, I am not at liberty to discuss this further."
Tom Reisen is Murdock's attorney. He declined an on-camera interview but told KSBI-TV quote - "We deny any allegations."
You may recall, Murdock brought the bar association's case of sexual misconduct against Oklahoma City attorney Michael Gassaway. We told you about the Oklahoma Supreme Court's decision to disbar Gassaway just two weeks ago.
