Tulsa police are on the hunt for a man who tried to kidnap a nine-year old boy using pepper spray.
Authorities say the incident occurred near 21st street and 129th east avenue.
The little boy was playing outside when he says a man demanded that he get in his van, according to reports.

However, the nine year old managed to fight him off.
The boy describes his attacker as a short bald-head black man.
He says he was wearing a black shirt and green pants and had a scar on his left arm.
The child also believes the suspect had a fake tattoo of a skull on his forehead.
Police say the suspect drove away in a black mini-van.
