Tony Ingram and his family live in a mobile home park in El Reno. Residents in the area are now working to clean up the mess left behind by the tornado.
Ingram says, "We're use to tornadoes but one never hit this close."
It also left the Ingram family with quite a story to tell.
"It kind of sounded like something exploded and our bedroom window flew in and landed on us," says Ingram.
While his biggest concern now is cleaning up, then it was getting his family to safety. As you can imagine, it was a scary situation for Ingram especially since he has three young children.
"I have a five month old baby, a three year old boy, and a five year old boy. I was just trying to wrap them up and then we were trying to get them out of there and get them in the cellar," says Ingram.
He goes on to say, "The actual baby slept pretty much through the whole thing even when we went to the truck he was sleeping the whole time. The other two they were screaming, crying and scared."
His young boys now seem intrigued by what happened. They, like their father, will have a tale to tell in the future.
In the meantime, folks in that section of El Reno are just working to get everything back to normal.
