A Muskogee family is offering a $2,500 reward for information about a nursing home incident back in July.
The Whispering Pines Nursing Center in Norman is being accused of hitting one of its residents.
Family of Carol Crow say officials with the nursing home told them Crow fell, but Crow says a man knocked her down and beat her at the nursing home.
"What I would like to get out of my effort today is to make a change," says Jack Crow, Carol's husband. "I'm 60 years old. I'm looking at potential problems down the road as so many baby boomers are."
Officials with the nursing home issued the following statement: "When any allegations of wrong-doings are made, Whispering Pines always contacts the state to investigate."
The statement also says the allegations are unfounded and have been fully investigated.
