Bonds Back In Court

The ever so popular Barry Bonds was back in court on Tuesday. Federal prosecutors refiled an indictment against baseball's home run king, charging him with 15 felony counts, including 14 counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice. The charges were re-filed to more specifically address Bonds' statements he made to a grand jury in an investigation into Balco Labs alleged steroid distribution. Bonds pleaded not guilty to four counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice last year and is currently free on half a million dollars bond. He is expected to enter a plea based on these new charges at a June 6th hearing.
