Brandon Chambers
Brandon was born and raised in Shawnee, OK in a family of two younger sisters. His passion for Meteorology developed at a young age during these early years in Pottawatomie County through experiences with every type of weather the Sooner State had to offer. Whenever severe thunderstorms were affecting the State, Brandon’s eyes were glued to the TV.
Brandon holds a Bachelors degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma. In his free time during his college years, he honed his weather skills by storm chasing. Two of his most memorable chases were the May 8th and 9th tornadoes that affected the Moore area in 2003. You can occasionally still see Brandon storm tracking for KSBI-TV, when his duties do not require him to be in the weather center.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys fishing, hunting, playing sports, or doing anything else that gets him outside. He also loves watching baseball, especially the Chicago Cubs.
Brandon currently lives in Norman and attends church in Tecumseh.
